The Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health exists to provide effective, efficient, and culturally sensitive community-based services to severely mentally disabled adults and older adults, children at risk of mental disability, substance abusers, and individuals on conservatorship that enable them to achieve and maintain their optimal level of healthy personal and social functioning.

MHSA Plan Update FY 16/17 Survey

The Department is now seeking feedback for the FY16/17 Plan Update from any and all community stakeholders and interested parties. The Department is required to annually update community stakeholders on the MHSA 3-year program and expenditure plan. Feedback forms are available in English and Spanish.  Please complete and submit comments online by clicking the link below.
